BRITISH WWI TANK CREW PROTECTIVE FACE MASK.

A very nice condition tank mask from WWI. No rot to the leather or to the suede interior, some obvious wear use around the bridge of the nose. BRITISH WWI RFC FLYING HELMET.

Obtained by us with a whole grouping of Royal Flying Corps uniforms and accoutrements this flying helmet is identical to motoring helmets at the time, therefore we cannot definitively guarantee that this was used as a flying helmet, however many images exist of the period use of these type of helmets. BRITISH WWI DEVONSHIRE REGIMENT BRODIE HELMET WITH OFFICERS LINER.

A nice 2nd pattern Brodie helmet having all good sand rough finish, fitted with the badge of the Devonshire Regiment. To the interior the helmet is fitted with a liner commonly known as the Smith type liner, quite often seen in Guard Regiment officers helmet. FRENCH WWI ADRIAN HELMET.

A very nice example of an extremely large size Adrian infantry helmet. Dark horizon blue finish with some slight rust bleed through the shell with its infantry RF adorned flaming grenade badge, original chinstrap in place, liner all complete, tongues good and strong with its original drawstring and aluminium spacers. A stored condition trench periscope of the tubular form 54 cm in length , original brown paint finish remaining, both mirrors present but suffering from age, slight corrosion where the tubular part of the periscope meets the wood handle that does have some woodworm.  read more

A well worn waist belt for the Sam Browne set, dated ‘1915’, maker marked, with its original cross strap. Accompanied by a ‘1914 H G & R’ marked ammunition pouch that does have some crazing to its skin.  read more

A mint unissued set for a French World War I soldier, comprising the collarless shirt with three button closure and a pair of the under trousers. All buttons appear to be present, slight storage staining, the only markings visible within the waistband of the under trousers.  read more

FRENCH WWI ADRIAN INFANTRY ENLISTED MANS HELMET WITH ORIGINAL COVER.

Nice condition Adrian helmet in horizon blue retaining much of its original paint finish with some light chippings. An original owner’s initials hand inscribed into the inner rear skirt. Liner excellent. Fitted with a totally original helmet cover for the Adrian helmet, an original cover, which are extremely rare. Slight tearing to the cover on the front brim.  read more
