ITALIAN WWII MVSN 1932 MODEL DAGGER.
Excellent condition blade, no reprofiling or damage. The cross guard is in the form of a straight block with the ‘MVSN’ initials to one side with a Fascist symbol laid in the horizontal form to the reverse. Wood grip undamaged, held by three rivets to the tang. Fitted into its original scabbard, which has its correct fitted belt loop with its inner steel band liner.

A highly interesting helmet, shell stamped ‘ET68’ in a slightly higher place than normally found, very close to the aluminium liner band. Batch number ‘1894’. The liner is stamped ‘58’. A well worn and stored SA kepi having a brown upper side indicating Gruppe Mittelrhein or Niedersachen. Some light moth around the upper edges of the brown sides. The steel band that holds the kepi in form around the crown has rusted and flooded through the material in that full circumference.
