GERMAN WWII VETERANS VISOR CAP.

A nice condition Kyffhauserbund cap, large size, possibly size 60, all dark blue bodied visor cap for a member of the Kyffhauserbund. No moth damage. The central black mohair band being intertwined Kiel Memorial images and swastikas with its central badge with national cockade above. Standard leather double buckle strap. The front peak is the double edge variety. Blue rayon lining with a full centre celluloid lozenge with the insignia of the Kyffhauserbund, which reads ‘Kyffhauser-mutze’. Mid tan leather sweatband all intact with the faint traces of an owner’s name applied to the leather. The remains of the interior orange cushion remaining.
