A size 56 or 57 very little worn junior officers Kriegsmarine visor cap, classic Navy shape, no moth damage anywhere to the cap, the blue top is fixed, removable mohair centre band, superb, matched set of a Cellion national eagle and cockade, the cockade with metallic centre, the peak trim in bullion wire, standard Naval strap, twin gilded anchor side buttons. Leather sweatband showing minor wear use, very nice shade of mid blue rayon lining, with a totally undamaged centre celluloid lozenge, the orange cushion behind the forehead area is all intact and has not solidified or liquefied, it would be very difficult to obtain a better example than this.
