A nice condition small size Schutzpolizei officials visor cap. Maker marked to the centre celluloid lozenge ‘Peter Kupper’ size ‘54½’. Standard police green construction. One minor moth nip to the rear of the crown otherwise the cap is moth free. Good nap to the cloth. A nice quality police eagle that has lost its finish and its national cockade above. Standard police strap. This model cap has twin air vents to either side of the cap. The upper inner crown area is lined in waterproof russet brown material, the side lining in russet brown brushed cotton. The light tan sweatband is in place.
