A very scarce set of leather equipment uniquely issued to members of the colonial troops for the German colonies. The leather is soft and supple, complete with its cross straps, riveted bayonet frog. Good service wear, thick heavy brass with nickel overlay plate with some wear to the crown, with its original leather tab with faint traces of maker markings, date obscured.  read more

A service worn example of an all steel one-piece stamped buckle worn by the Imperial German See Battalions with the combat uniform. Some wear to the raised crown otherwise good detail overall, complete with its double pronged belt fixing system.  read more

GERMAN WWI UNUSUAL PRUSSIAN BELT AND BUCKLE.

An unusual buckle being a rectangular stamped brass buckle with the standard Prussian Gott Mit Uns coat of arms in excellent condition to the front. Single belt clip with a brass loop fitted to the buckle and fitted to the buckle itself is what appears to be a British made leather belt, traces of a British leather maker’s marking to the belt itself, a curiosity.  read more

GERMAN WWI AVIATORS LEATHER FLYING HELMET AND PHOTOGRAPH.

A good small group comprising of a well service used Imperial German flying helmet of the standard form, the outer leather crown is crazed overall through heat, some abrasions to the leather of the edge and the crown cushion, complete with its front peak, ear protectors and neck flap, the neck flap is issue stamped however through age and dirt it is difficult to clearly make out any of the mark...  read more

A rare belt buckle of WWI being the all brass with nickel overlay for a soldier in one of the Mecklenburg regiments, fitted to its pre 1900 white patent parade belt.  read more

GERMAN WWII TELEGRAPHER’S BUCKLE.

A nice service worn example of the all steel one-piece extra long telegrapher’s belt buckle with the fittings to each end of the buckle for allowing the line laying equipment to be clipped to the buckle. Some paint losses but much original field grey green paint remaining with its double pronted belt fixing system.  read more
