An excellent condition and highly attractive all printed and painted veterans banner measuring 105 x 145 cm, three of the edges in heavy bullion gold fringe. Although the banner is not regimentally numbered it is from a regiment in the town of Marianheide, which is in the area of North Rhine Westphalia. GERMAN WWI ADAPTED FIGHTING KNIFE.

A highly unusual fighting knife with a standard blade in excellent condition. The hilt is a miniaturised version of the model 1898 02 and 05 bayonet, complete with its slotted bayonet system and sprung loaded fitting button. An excellent pair of Imperial German enlisted ranks jack boots.
