Part of a small quantity we obtained some years ago, which was a mixture of Wurtemberg and Prussian feldmutzes. This is one of the untouched Wurttemberg examples. A very nice condition large size, possibly 58 or 59 field grey officers visor cap, completely free of any moth holes, one small area of moth tracking on the crown. All of the red piping around the crown and the centre band good with the national and Wurttemberg cockades. Field grey green visor. Super quality flat early war example, possibly silver although not marked. Maker’s mark ‘KO’ stamped below the hook. Black lacquered centre finish with some slight chipping to the ‘W’ to the centre of the award, almost all factory bright polish finish remaining to the frame. read more
