GERMAN WWI OLDENBURG INFANTRY REGIMENT OFFICERS CAP.
Model 1908 cap, dark blue cloth, red centre band and red piping to the crown. Black patent leather peak. Complete with its correct Reich and Oldenburg cockades. Light brushed cotton lining, artificial leather sweatband with the owners initials JSCH stamped into the sweatband. A nice condition two-piece gorget for an enlisted man flag bearer with the regiment Guard Du Corps. All nickel overlay plate over a nicely gilded back plate. Marked ‘C.E.Juncker, Berlin’ to the central uniform retaining hook also ‘G.D.C.3.133’ to one of the chain retaining hooks. Full length chain. read more

The rare buckle, circular form for First World War officers but for the rare Brunswick Infantry Regiment 92 with the skull and crossbones form to the central dome of the buckle. Complete with its one fixed keeper. read more
GERMAN WWI ARTILLERY OR TECHNICAL OFFICERS VISORED FIELD CAP.
Approximately size 55, field grey body with one moth hole at the back of the crown with one smaller to the centre of the crown. All field grey material. Black velvet officers quality centre band with red piping overall with the Prussian and national cockades fitted, the national cockade has lost some of its plating but still retains its red centre. GERMAN WWI ENTRENCHING TOOL WITH ERSATZ STEEL COVER.
Not seen in any photographic work but excessively rare is the WWI German entrenching tool with its ersatz steel cover, the shovel being the standard issue First World War tool in its original field grey green, fitted with its DRGM stamped steel holder with twin leather belt loops and one single long leather closure strap, the closure fits over a lug. A generally good condition but well service used and storage stained canvas back pack with the fur to inside of the pack thin. All of the exterior leather fittings complete, one has split, all of the leather tabs complete with their buckles. The internal pockets and fittings complete. GERMAN WWI SOLDIERS BREAD BAG.
A well service used but complete soldiers bread bag, standard grey green canvas. Profusely marked inside to a guard unit ‘K.B.A.G.’ dated ‘1916’. Faint traces of the original owner’s name and address. The bag has been cut once at the back and repaired, various stains to the base at the front.
