The standard whistle issued to flyers for attracting attention. Non maker marked but clearly marked to the left hand side of the whistle ‘AM’ over crown ‘23/230’. Virtually all of the nickel plating missing, with its ring for attaching the chain.  read more

A fabulous example of British embroidery being the set of Kings Crown glider pilot wings worn on the full dress uniform of glider pilots. Nice bright colours and some mild oxidisation to the left and right hand tips of the wings. Velvet centre to the Kings Crown perfect also the red to the crown of the lion excellent.  read more

The caps that were folded and formed by the aviators are commonly known as the 50 Mission cap, this is a classic example.
