GERMAN WWI FIELD GREY BREAD BAG STRAP WITH EXTRA LOOP.

The rare variation of the bread bag strap in field grey. Rather faint army groups marks ‘B.A.X.XI’ with a clear date of ‘1917’. This is the variation that has an additional loop to the centre attached whereby two bread bag straps can be used as an X frame for extra load suspension by the soldier.  read more
