GERMAN WWII ARMY M.40 SINGLE DECAL COMBAT HELMET.
A very nice ET64 shell, batch number has just two digits of ‘24’. The M.40 helmets normally appear on the collectors market in a dull matt finish, it is very difficult to find the shiny finish, this example has virtually all of its shiny finish remaining, a few small areas of rubbing through to the base metal. JAPANESE WWII TYPE 90 NAVY COMBAT HELMET.
The navy helmets are always scarcer to obtain than the army helmets, this fine example with some thinness of paint faint in areas. Numerous kanji letters painted in white to the inner brim. The kanji stamps to one of the inner pads, complete with its full length strapping system, very thin at one of the attachment points through rust. read more
