GERMAN WWII SA STANDARTENFUHRER KEPI.

A fabulous condition large size kepi of the 1937 pattern constructed in the SA olive twill material. Navy blue upper section indicating Gruppe Hansa with its correct leather chinstrap, central rectangular join with two adjuster buckles, the larger late pattern national eagle in white metal with its pebbled gilded button. A 1.5cm strip of Standartenfuhrer silver tress running around the circumference of the cap with two strips of 3mm cording around the crown and the side scallop of the cap. To the interior light blue silk lining with an undamaged centre celluloid lozenge, some evidence of grease wear to the crown and water staining overall to the interior with tis grey leather sweatband.
