A fair size, probably size 57 tropical cap in light tan material. What we refer to, in the collector community as a 'one looker' ! This is a great, 'been there' example having supple, well used cloth. A pair of well service used pink wool based shoulder boards to the rank of Hauptmann. Some stitching for the silver lace to the pink base loose. Complete with its correct four gilt rank pips. Stitch marks across the base of each board where they have been removed from a tunic.  read more
