A very scarce example in khaki serge material, the tunic with four pockets each with pocket flaps, the upper pockets with pleats. A very nice brown leather face protected goggles with the goggle section being sprung loaded and folds flat. Some wear to the lenses, complete with their elasticated head strap. Some fur remaining to the inside of the leather.  read more

BRITISH WWI PROPELLER STAND.

A lovely trophy stand being the propeller tips of each end of a large WWI propeller. Both tips are brass mounted and each tip is 55cm in length, they have been joined together with the addition of a central tray. This is a fantastic display piece for an aviation trophy. BRITISH WWI MACHINE GUN IMAGE.

A very nice image measuring 21x17cm in a larger mount of A Company the 7th Royal Welsh Fusiliers at Porthcawl in 1929, set up in a field with their WWI fluted barrelled Vickers machine guns. Good detail of uniform and of the guns themselves with an officer and Sergeant Major standing to the rear. Placed in its card mount with its wood frame, glass missing.  read more

BRITISH WWI HIGHLAND LIGHT INFANTRY OFFICERS DATED KILT.

A lovely condition officers quality kilt, kilts are very susceptible to moth damage, this has no damage whatsoever, highest quality tartan with its original label stitched to the waistband, unusually produced in Philadelphia USA ‘John Woodhouse (or Woodside) 1916’. possibly being retailed in Toronto Canada Before the date of 1916 would appear to be the letters ‘DSO’.  read more
