A nice example of a scarce WWI dated '1917 Rock Island Arsenal' marked all brown leather holster for the Colt Government 1911 semi auto pistol. Some crazing to the leather on the flap, deeply impressed within its oval 'US' complete with its cord leg strap, also complete with its Garand belt wire fitting system.  read more

The rare double magazine pouch for the 1911 model Colt semi automatic pistol. Two compartments, maker marked 'Russell' clearly dated '1918' inside the flap. Complete with its loop at the reverse side for passing through the Garand web belt.  read more

BRITISH WWI DURHAM LIGHT INFANTRY BRODIE HELMET.

A standard 2nd pattern Brodie helmet with the bronze or brass badge of the Durham Light Infantry, which is oxidised to a green colour. An extremely rare set of Mills equipment, which belonged to and was worn in WWI overseas by Major Thomas Jones 4th Canadian Mounted Rifles, Canadian Field Artillery. A nice good clean set of the leather faced goggles marked ‘2 Flying’ by the Triplex Company. Good lenses, slightly tinted. The small nose section appears to be missing or maybe just pre cut. Nicely gilded designation including the broad arrow marking. Complete with its elasticated head strap.  read more

The outer skin only of the RFC Cowl helmet. The complete inner soft leather lining has been removed. Complete with its front string and chinstrap fitting in place. All studs for the earpieces complete. Stitching slightly loose on the forehead area and some roughness along the back seam but generally good and strong and excellent for display.  read more

FRENCH WWI ARTILLERY MANS BREECHES.

An extremely nice set of horizon blue breeches for an artillery enlisted man. Red piped to each side of the breech. Nicely dated ‘1918’, maker marked to the cotton lining. Good nap to the cloth.
