BRITISH WWI PH HELMET.
A good example of the ultra rare gas hood known as the PH helmet. The P or PH helmet appeared in 1915 replacing the previous Hypo helmet. It has two glass eye pieces, which are both intact and unbroken. The exhale valve rubberised has solidified but still intact and unbroken. Various staining as can be seen in our web images. Two what appear to be rodent gnaws to the lower left hand side. It has the unusual triangular form of stitching at the lower front, which is common to all PH helmets. Faint traces of stamp marking to the interior.
