GERMAN WWII ARMED FORCES FUR BACK PACK.

A good clean example of the Soliers fur back pack. All interior leather fittings good, slight staining to the interior of the fur flap, fur undamaged. Complete with all of its shoulder strapping. Maker marked and dated ‘1942’ to the leather strengthened section of the upper back area. All other exterior loops present. Shown in Ausrustung volume 2, pages 32 and 33.  read more

GERMAN WWII SS MARKED Y STRAPS.

A very nice set of lightly combat worn Y straps, which are maker marked and ‘1941’ dated. All the stitching is good and strong. Good differential in colour between the brown and black leather. No weakness anywhere. All metallic parts present. Hand applied to the interior of one of the straps is the name of a member of an SS Artillery Regiment, identified as follows. ‘Jolkanen 6/SS-AR5’. A 1939 dated map case, non pebbled mid tan brown leather. Maker marked ‘A.Fischer, Berlin 1939’ with some fragments of maps and an extra date ‘1939’ inside. Two pencils and its long shoulder strap.
