A good service used full length blade 1st pattern Fairbairn Sykes knife, the blade is 3 7/8th inches or 17.4cm. A very fine removed from a General’s visor cap set of eagle and wreath. Very fine heavy bullion wire to the wreath with what appears to be frosted highlights with the same frosted highlights within the inner wings close to the breast of the eagle, also frosted. A very good maker marked example of the General Assault Badge in bronze. Slight rubbing to the bronze finish on the head and hilt of the grenade, also in the same areas of the bayonet. Slight rubbing to the high spots on the wings of the Third Reich eagle.
