GERMAN WWII DIARY SECTION.

At the end of most German military yearly diaries was a 17 or 30 page section on insignia of many organisations of the Third Reich, this is a black and white full compliment fallen out from a diary 30 pages long. This is probably from a Red Crtoss diary as prominance is given to insignia and flags from the German Red Cross. Interesting research within this booklet from a period publication.  read more

Without doubt one of the most attractive and impressive of all the motoring plaques being this classic art deco style multi coloured plaque measuring 11 x 8cm showing a motorcycle and motorcar heading north across a map of Germany, surmounted by the NSKK insignia. The large oval gilded pressed tin badge, which was originally attached to the green armband of Customs officials, individually numbered ‘49859’ with the lettering of the Reichs Finance Office of the Border Service. 6 pre drilled holes for sewing to the armband.  read more
