A very nice field grey feldmutze, stamped size ‘57’. No moth damage anywhere on the cap. Good nap to the cloth. Paint mainly missing from the national and Prussian cockades. A very nice example of an extremely large size Adrian infantry helmet. Dark horizon blue finish with some slight rust bleed through the shell with its infantry RF adorned flaming grenade badge, original chinstrap in place, liner all complete, tongues good and strong with its original drawstring and aluminium spacers.
