A now very difficult to find helmet being the M.16 style helmet, this originally being an Austrian helmet re-issued in the Third Reich period to a police unit. GERMAN WWII SPANISH CROSS IN SILVER WITHOUT SWORDS.

A very good quality example, non maker marked, this is the rarest of the Spanish Cross series, only 327 have been awarded. The slight bending of the pin indicates that this may have been one of the awarded and worn examples, most others seem to have been boxed for most of their life. Non maker marked but identified as a Steinhauer & Luck production with gilded magnetic flat pin, widening to the centre. Very good quality highly detailed late war type. Silver plated catch showing part of the globe held by a single rivet. The gilding overall is missing.  read more

An excellent very long sword of the 1889 pattern. Extra detail to the 1889 pattern hilt, more than standard. Prussian eagle, stands of arms and flags to the upper cap area, also floriated to the inside of the bowl with the mirror image of the Prussian eagle on both sides of the bowl.
