Green gas cape bag marked ‘PWB’ with number ‘3’ then the word ‘RATE’ all stamped inside the closing cover. The male/female closure studs have both rusted with one of the female sections of the lid missing, the male section is just about holding on to the main body. Another exceedingly rare Police cap, non size stamped but on test possibly 55 or 56.
