A good clean example of the Soliers fur back pack. All interior leather fittings good, slight staining to the interior of the fur flap, fur undamaged. Complete with all of its shoulder strapping. German 1888 Mauser rifle. A very nice condition model 71/84 bolt action rifle. Excellent wood having minor bruising, good deep colour, nicely Imperial acceptance marked to the wood stock. All of the metal work in good deep blued colour, with some slight rust spotting, profusely marked to the metal parts overall, crown over Spandau, rifle number 4334, bolt numbered 5533, dated 1888.  read more

A very nice set of all brown ammunition pouches for the GEW98 rifle, they are different manufacturers and slight difference in the smoothness of the leather on one set of pouches against the other, the D ring on one is in brass the other one in steel.
