All the items of Luftwaffe survival equipment are highly desired by Luftwaffe aviation collectors, this small item we have never encountered before, a section of rubber, 24cm x 24cm, printed in black letters the word ‘SCHOPSBECHER’. Although it has three holes to the pouch, it is basically a bailing bucket for emptying water out of the survival dingy.  read more

Generally good blade, bright, with its long single fuller, numbered ‘63857’ with its standard NCO cut out cross guard (tsuba). The aluminium faux wrapped hilt with some oxidisation, still with its hanging ring and its closure catch, Japanese ordnance marked on the lower part of the hilt, in its scabbard, which is number mismatched, which unusually for an NCO sword has a leather combat cover. A mint example of the award, bright gilt, undamaged enamels with its full length ribbon. Fitted into its presentation case with an R S & S maker’s logo printed to the inner upper lid. A subdued gold outline of the Mothers Cross award to the exterior of the lid of the box. Little rubbing marks to the four corners of the case otherwise excellent.  read more

A very nice condition Army General’s visor cap, high saddle shape, constructed in the officer quality ribbed material. Gold wire waffenfarbe to the crown and to the upper and lower sections of the darker green centre band.
