Shell is stamped ET64, bastch number 1610, Eagle decal has abrasions , the camo paint overall is faint and subdued but very in keeping with the overall condition of the helmet. An large size NS66 helmet with size 58 liner. All original satin rough cast blue finish remaining, Luftwaffe eagle complete although subdued. Leather liner is light and clean, complete with original draw string. Manufacturers stamp to the inner dome. Original 1942 dated leather chin strap with Vienna makers mark. A very nice condition matched number K98 bayonet. The blade with all its original blueing, numbered ‘6154’ which matches the number on the scabbard. All wood grips undamaged.
