GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE DESTROYER BADGE.

A nice condition Friedrich Orth of Vienna produced Destroyer Badge. At least 80% of original gilt remaining to the wreath with rubbing to the high spots. Complete with its horizontal wide tapering pin, hook and hinge with its uniform retaining hook in place behind the head of the eagle. Marked ‘FO’ in raised relief on the reverse side.  read more

A good matched pair of red piped shoulder straps, dark green centre, slip-on tabs complete. Some colour loss from the red that has flooded onto the grey green underlay backing cloth. Some thinness to the nap.  read more

GERMAN WWII UNUSUAL HAMBURG TINNY.

A nicely constructed in aluminium oval shaped tinny with the engraved lettering 'Meine Erste' over an art deco style eagle with large block capitals 'TAT'. Below the eagle 'Gau Hamburg' with the date 1936/37. Maker marked 'Karl Will Hamburg' on the revere side, with its tinny type construction. We cannot remember coming across a tinny such as this in the past.  read more

GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE BELT AND BUCKLE.

A very hard to find combination of the aluminium one-piece stamped buckle for the Kriegsmarine. Marked 'R S & S' on the reverse side. Wear to the breast of the eagle and approximately 50% of the original gilt left on the exterior. Virtually all of the gilt to the interior is still in place. GERMAN WWII GROUPING OF KRIEGSMARINE INSIGNIA.

Five pieces of the large oval items of sleeve insignia all machine embroidered, either yellow on blue or blue on white. The two summer whites are senior petty officer reiter, senior petty officer engine room, both with light staining that has come through from the affixed glue on the back. Three blues, senior petty officer driver, senior petty officer line, senior petty officer boatswain.  read more
