GERMAN WWII WINTER SHEEPSKIN WAISTCOAT.

A rare piece of German WWII uniform being the sleeveless canvas exterior sheepskin lined waistcoat, seen worn in many East Front photographs. Many of these garments were made up in Germany as stopgaps for the German forces that were suffering on the Eastern Front without proper winter issue clothing. All of its wooden buttons intact. Over 500 pages of fabulous black and white and colour photographs with much in-depth text on all variations of the German Navy dagger from 1844 to 1945. GERMAN WWII POLITICAL LEADER KRIEGSLEITER ARMBAND.

A rather worn and slightly moth damaged full Kriesleiter’s armband, basic red field. This has been removed from a tunic, stitches still remaining and different shades of colour to each end of the band where they have been sewn over each other and protected from sunlight. GERMAN WWII KRIEGSMARINE REICHSKRIEGS FLAG.

A nice example of the 150 x 250cm flag. the light cream selvage is profusely marked with large Kriegsmarine eagle over ‘M’ with ‘DT.REICHSKRLEGSFL 150 x 250’ with the opposite end having a very nice silk woven flag maker’s label from Koln. Very minor moth nips close to the selvage edge otherwise virtually untouched by moth.  read more
