A nice condition Luftwaffe blue grey cap, single button front with machine stitched Bevo woven red, white and black Hitler Youth diamond. No moth damage, good nap to the cloth. A possibly private tailored M.43 officers field cap but constructed in enlisted ranks material. Silver officers piping to the crown, some of which is lightly oxidised. A real, been there and done it, visorored field cap from the Afrikakorps, this is a field upgraded officers cap having silver bullion waffenfarbe placed around the crown and the front scallop of the cap, which has oxidised completely.
