GERMAN WWII AFRIKAKORPS OFFICER BELT & BUCKLE.

A light tan, mid war period web belt with officers circular buckle, once painted olive drab, this example having lost its paint finish to the front on the high spots, clear paint still present on the reverse side. Good strong stitching throughout, no maker marks or dates to the leather or buckle itself, both webbing belt fixing loops missing. Priced accordingly.  read more

A scarce set of insignia worn by a Hauptmann in the Propaganda Companies of the army. Two slip-on shoulder boards, which have been service worn, both with their slip-on tabs in the matching grey wool underlay waffenfarbe of the Propaganda Companies.  read more

All stamped aluminium absolutely mint, the eagle being the three pin construction, highlighted swastika and polished upper wing edges with its matching national wreath with both pins attached and its central cockade.  read more

GERMAN WWII WAFFEN SS SHOULDER BOARD.

A heavily service worn black shoulder board worn by a member of an SS cavalry unit. Golden yellow wool piped, some minor moth nips. Possibly a slip-on board which has lost its tab and has been cut at the end probably by an intelligence officer in WWII.  read more

GERMAN WWII WAR SERVICE CROSS 1939 1ST CLASS WITH SWORDS, DISC BACK.

Superb example, convex shape with screw back. Excellent condition, non maker marked, matt silver finish with bright polished highlights. Screw back plate is the domed type with raised centre ridge, retains much original finish, a few tiny patches of dark staining on the reverse side.  read more

Manufactured by S.H.U.CO. Sohni,Heubach U.Co. The award is in nice condition but has lost all of its finish, it would appear never to have been issued and is with its original pin, hook and hinge. This identical badge known as Variation 2, on page 244 of the excellent The Kriegsmarine Awards Volume 1 by Sacha Webber.  read more
