A 90 x 50 cms one-piece printed flag, which encompasses pre printed Union flag to the top left hand side and to the lower right a set of crossed swords. Still with its canvas selvage edge and toggle. Three excellent volumes of the informative book Royal Air Force 39-45 by Hillary St.George Saunders. The whole set with original dust jacket, light foxing and yellowing to the pages and a few nicks to dust covers. Complimenting the group is a paperback book called New Zealanders in the Air War again in similar condition and a fascinating read about brave volunteers from New Zealand.  read more

RUSSIAN WWII ARTILLERY OFFICERS GYMNASTIORKA.

An excellent used example in a lightweight woollen material showing typical wartime configuration and having a faux collar sewn to the inside of the collar. A rare item of Russian field uniform being the long shelter cape with its own fitted hood. General service wear, no damage, staining or holes, Russian Cyrillic markings to the interior, some of which have been inked out which we presume are a Russian film costumier organisation markings.  read more

U.S.AVIATORS KIT BAG.

One of the most stylish items of equipment being for carrying the extra kit. This bag is of typical American construction with numerous stencilling and designation to the side. An interesting portfolio of four high quality well printed caricature pictures pertaining to Polish Airborne troops. The item was clearly produced in Germany in 1946 while the Polish Airborne troops were stationed there.
