BRITISH WWII ARMY AIR CORPS PLASTIC BADGE.

One of the scarcer of the war economy badges ever produced was the bronze coloured plastic badge for the Army Air Corps. This version is complete with both of its fixing blades but is slightly unfinished by having the peg on the reverse side that fits to the mould still in place. A nice wartime WD marked 6.5/8ths size maroon beret. Only traces of the makers name and half of the WD stamp visible. The date unfortunately not visible. leather trimming, some moth tracking and very light moth holes to the body of the beret.  read more
