GERMAN WWII TAN & WATER PARATROOPER SMOCK.

An extremely good example of a late war dated heavy duck tan and water smock worn by German paratroopers. Standard configuration of two upper apertures at an angle across the chest with plastic zips, two large lower pockets again with matching plastic zips, five button front fly closure, all of the zips marked ‘RiRi’. Luftwaffe blue grey windproof cuffs with all their closure studs in place and working correctly. The flare gun pocket has been removed from the rear of the smock. All of the lower press studs for creating closed legs are in place and working correctly with slight rust. A good pronounced ink RB stamping to the inner lining. A clear date of ‘1945’, sizing ‘1b’. All internal waist band string adjusters complete. Evidence to the left hand breast where a Luftwaffe eagle has been positioned.
