GERMAN WWII NSKK STANDARTE 78 PLAQUE.

A very nice deeply struck heavy white metal circular plaque, maker marked ‘C.Balmberger, Nuremberg’ on the reverse side. The image at the front commemorates the Orientation Drive 1937 of Standarte 78 showing an NSKK motorcycle ride of a swastika armband talking to an either SA or NSKK man in a vehicle. The officers daggers of the MVSN were far higher quality than the standard enlisted mans, the blades are far more professionally finished with nice cross grain polishing.
