All the items of Luftwaffe survival equipment are highly desired by Luftwaffe aviation collectors, this small item we have never encountered before, a section of rubber, 24cm x 24cm, printed in black letters the word ‘SCHOPSBECHER’. JAPANESE WWII NCO SWORD WITH COMBAT COVER.

Generally good blade, bright, with its long single fuller, numbered ‘63857’ with its standard NCO cut out cross guard (tsuba). A mint example of the award, bright gilt, undamaged enamels with its full length ribbon. Fitted into its presentation case with an R S & S maker’s logo printed to the inner upper lid.
