A scarce hessian Dragoon Picklehaube, large size leather skull, which has crazed overall, the front and rear peaks securely attached to the main body, the stitching that attaches the peaks to the main skull has not rotted, all of the fittings of the helmet are in white metal indicating either Dragoon Regiment 24 or 25 of the state of Hesse.
