A nice interesting visor cap produced in the Stalhelm light field grey colour. Two very minor moth nips to the crown, black centre band. Complete with its national and State cockades, situated between the two cockades is a small version of the M.29 eagle and swastika, To the interior the upper inner crown lining is in a raffia pattern. A nice quality dark blue body with black velvet centre band. Red waffenfarbe to the crown, upper and lower sections of the velvet centre band, complete with its correct Fire Service insignia with much of its original frosting remaining. Standard black strap. GERMAN WWII ALLGEMEINE SS OFFICERS SWORD.

A super condition sword, early non maker marked blade measuring 80cm in length, fitted with its highly nickel plated D guard hilt, which retains all of its nickel plating with some minor losses. Ebony wood grip undamaged. Good quality SS runic centre symbol. On removal of the knurled nut it reveals a protected tang cap to the interior, all of these early swords should have this feature. GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE ENLISTED RANKS OVERSEAS CAP.

Maker marked and size stamped ‘56’. Good nap to the cloth, one moth nip to the lower front left hand side as the cap is worn. Complete with its correct machine embroidered Luftwaffe eagle and national cockade, a further small moth hole just to the lower right side of the national cockade. The 18cm long section of tunic lining material attached to a sprung loaded clip, these were sewn to the interior armpit of an officers tunic and were long enough to pass through the tailorered hole in the uniform tunic for suspension of a sword or dagger.  read more

GERMAN WWII ARMY ENLISTED RANKS PANZER WRAP OVER TUNIC EAGLE.

The later war triangular form, light grey Bevo weave on black backing, slight shredding to the right hand side possibly a cut line from when the eagle was removed from a tunic. A nice souvenir example.  read more

A privately taken reel of film never previously shown, opens with soldiers in full combat equipment firing a small close support mortar, troops in lorries and working on lorries, marching practice, inspection by a senior officer wearing A dagger, other officers in the film with swords, in its original film Siemens circular metal tin, together with a modern CD print of the film.  read more
