GERMAN WWII ADOLF HITLER HEAD BUST PROFILE.

A profile view of Adolf Hitler constructed in base metal painted black and fitted to a period wood frame. The head measures 18 x 14cm, wood frame measures 28 x 23cm, with suspension facilities to the reverse side. Many of these patriot type busts were available for private purchase during the period of the Third Reich.  read more

The lightweight spun aluminium M.35 helmet being lightweight for officers parade. Much of the original apple green finish remaining, some slight losses as per our web images with three minor indentations to the crown, some paint loss to the rim. In our opinion the most difficult item of Afrika Korps issued clothing to obtain. Hundreds of photographs can be seen of the men wearing the greatcoats, the desert in the night time is very cold and it is surprising how few of these greatcoats are left. Painted in green and white, unusual colour for Hitler Youth or DJ drums. Green and white triangular form to the edge. Some light distortion to the upper wood frame. The skin is good on both sides.
