Recently a small quantity of totally unissued standard German armed forces olive drab mess tins have appeared on the market, all with Waffen SS issue stamps. The majority were still wrapped in their original paper wrapping. A nice, possibly mint unissued condition tropical overseas cap, stamped size ‘57’. Maker marked ‘Brand of Magdeburg’ dated ‘5/42’ with its correct configuration of blue on tan eagle and tropical cockade, with the inverted V for the colour of the Chemical Warfare troops.  read more

GERMAN WWII STICK GRENADE.

A stored and slightly corroded example of the German M24 stick grenade. The haft is complete with its porcelain ball and with its World War I style cap. The head retains all of its original colour and stencilling but with much raised corrosion. The wood haft some losses.  read more
