When this cuff title was applied to its original tunic it was shortened, folded and then attached to the uniform. Bullion excellent, four small moth nips on the left hand side of the title. An excessively rare piece of insignia for the cap known colloquially as the Hermann Meyer cap by Luftwaffe personnel. A nice condition K98 bayonet, manufactured by Richard Herder of Solingen. Imperial acceptance stamp to the flat back of the blade, regimental markings ‘118.R.5.K.2’. A very nice example of the M.1871-84 bayonet hilt with a presentation blade by WKC for South West Africa.
