One single domed wide chin scales with clip-over fitting for a Kuirassier or Guard Du Korps helmet with one, possibly two, links missing. The opposite side has the identical clip-over chin scales, there are 11 links in the correct order with 5 missing. BRITISH WWII OFFICERS PRISONER OF WAR IDENTIFICATION DOG TAG.

Rectangular zinc stamped ‘OFLAG/VIIIF’ with the number ‘934’ (Prisoner of 934). Located in a former abbey St.Hedwigs at Wahlstatt in Silesia. It was mainly for army prisoners, many of them of senior rank having been captured in North Africa and Greece. Very slight rust pitting and staining otherwise good condition.  read more

A very nice condition enlisted man’s overseas cap with lemon yellow soutache for Signals.
Much nap remaining, pull down flaps stitched in to place, a common feature on many overseas caps. Bevo style man’s eagle and matching roundel with signs of age wear. Interior grey cotton lining with minor wear and size 56, maker mark and date visible. Small areas of moth tracking overall.  read more

A very nice example of the early model SS officers sword, very good blade, non maker marked as is standard with these early swords. 84cm long blade with its white leather washer still fitted between the shoulders of the blade and the lowest part of the D shaped hilt, the leather washer is slightly fractured.
