GERMAN WWII GESTAPO IDENTIFICATION TAG.

A very rare identity disc for the Geheime Statspolizei. Individually numbered ‘3035’ with large eagle and swastika on the reverse side. The disc has pebbled type finish as if it has been discovered ground dug and cleaned, however all the detail is good and clear. A full dress belt for an RLB officer. The brocade is identical to the Luftwaffe officers with grey, black and central red stripe. Fitted with its circular one-piece cast buckle, retaining all of its original silver wash and black finish to the central swastika. The brocade belt has both of its runners.  read more

Out of all the Luftwaffe Qualification badges one of the most difficult to obtain is the unqualified air gunner with the black wreath, in the matching series in embroidered cloth badges again the unqualified with black wreath is virtually impossible to obtain. This is an unused example, light grey embroidered eagle with matching swastika with black embroidered wreath.  read more
