A small sawdust and glue figure of a high ranking Imperial German General wearing field grey uniform, carrying his Field Marshall’s baton wearing a pickelhaube hat. Good paintwork, some thinness to the paint on the back of the figure. ‘Liniol’ marked within the casting of the base.  read more

The identical cap shown on page 342 of Headgear of Hitler’s Germany Volume 1. being one of the variations of winter caps, this example all in white sheepskin with a zinc Luftwaffe eagle attached to the front turned up peak, with its wood closing toggle and string closure for the zinc cup.  read more

GERMAN WWII AFRIKAKORPS ENLISTED MANS BELT AND BUCKLE.

A good set being a long tropical waist belt with makers stamps remaining at the clip end on the webbing. The buckle retains virtually all its original paint finish with minor abrasions. Marked ‘ELS 42’. An original owner’s name, which appears to be ‘Pohl’ hand incised into the leather adjustment tab.
