GERMAN WWII ARMY ALUMINIUM OFFICERS PARADE HELMET.

The lightweight spun aluminium M.35 helmet being lightweight for officers parade. Much of the original apple green finish remaining, some slight losses as per our web images with three minor indentations to the crown, some paint loss to the rim. GERMAN WWII AFRIKAKORPS GREATCOAT.

In our opinion the most difficult item of Afrikakorps issued clothing to obtain. Hundreds of photographs can be seen of the men wearing the greatcoats, the desert in the night time is very cold and it is surprising how few of these greatcoats are left. Generally good blade, evidence of some cleaning. Non maker marked as all of the SS M36 officers daggers should be. Good depth to the Meine Ehre Heist Treue’ motto. This is a later plated dagger, much original plating remaining to the upper and lower cross guards.
