A classic example of the Afrika Korps cap, this version is made from good heavyweight material and shows typical 2nd pattern features including the Rexene and cotton headband. A good pair of field grey breeches with leather inserts to the thighs for the cavalry trooper. Four small moth nips to the front of the breeches, one to the back panel, complete with its full adjuster strap. Good nap to cloth. A mismatched pair but definitely worn as a pair of the combat ankle boots, one boot maker marked size ‘27’ metric 5 English with a Vienna maker, the other marked size ‘6’ but without any metric sizes, both with their original leather laces. A very good pair of service worn infantrymans jack boots. Leather soles, heels have been replaced with rubber, steel toe cleats still in position. Generally good leather, some creasing, no splits or damage, only one of the four canvas pullers in place.  read more

GERMAN WWII LUFTWAFFE LATE WAR JACK BOOTS.

A pair of the unusual brown leather jack boots that have a half round strengthened toe cap with the construction of the main body of the boot exactly in the style of the First War German jack boot with stitched seams to both sides of each boot. The boots still retain their inner brown and red canvas pulls, soles with original leather soles and toe and heel steel cleats.  read more
