A nice early K98 bayonet, an excellent blade numbered ‘6154’ dated ‘38’ on the flat back of the blade, the opposite side having the maker ‘J.SCH’ with virtually all of its original blued finish remaining. Maker marked ‘Lauer Nuremberg’ on the reverse side. Original pin, hook and hinge, slight green residue and flattening of the hook where removed from the souvenir belt it has sat on for the last 80 years.  read more

FINLAND WWII CIVIL DEFENCE HELMET.

A good clean example of a French First World War Adrian pattern helmet reissued to the Finnish Home Guard. Ordinance refinished in a black with a white triangle to the front side, with its excellent condition three padded Finnish made leather liner, chinstrap complete, number 13 hand painted into the rear inner skirt. This is probably a refinished captured Russian helmet of World War I.  read more

GERMAN WWII M16 DOUBLE DECAL POLICE HELMET.

A now very difficult to find helmet being the M.16 style helmet, this originally being an Austrian helmet re-issued in the Third Reich period to a police unit. Both of its decals complete with minor abrasions as can be seen by our images. Surface rusting in areas again, which the images highlight but a good degree of original paint remaining. We believe this holster to be for the Dreyse 1907 semi automatic pistol. Police acceptance stamp below the flap on the main front body. Good white stitching. An extra hole has been cut in the closure flap possibly to accommodate a large pistol.  read more
