The exterior fittings, which include the upper pommel, cross guard, scabbard all in virtually mint condition, very fine sharp details, all matching in colour with its white celluloid grip, which is totally undamaged. Complete with its silver portapee knot. With the addition of a very good set of deluxe straps, this would make a very fine example of a German army officers dagger, this example is without the straps.
