BRITISH WWII RAF AIR MARSHALL’S PAIR OF CAPS.

A fabulous condition, good size, possibly 58 RAF Air Rank officers visor cap with Kings Crown with its matching later period overseas cap. The visor cap has three minor moth nips to the lower edge of the cap. Beautiful shape, bright gilt to the Air Rank King’s crown cap badge and Air Rank double row of bullion weave to the peak. Complete with its correct black unadorned chinstrap. Maker marked to the upper inner crown ‘Hawkes & Company Limited, 1 Savile Row, London West’ with its satin inner lining and its very nice condition, virtually unworn, mid tan leather sweatband. Accompanied by the same officer’s in size, Air Rank overseas cap in RAF blue grey with the light blue piping. Nice condition Air Rank gilded and heavy bullion weave Queens Crown cap badge and matching Queens Crown buttons to the front of the cap.
