A totally original and very nice condition Mauser K98 rifle, de-activated. Maker coded ‘BNZ’ with various waffen amt stamps to the breach area. Gun number ‘1363’ marked ‘Model 98’. Wood excellent with attractive grain. Original carrying strap is present, cleaning rod and sight cover. The gun has been fitted with a modern scope mount, which is maker coded and what we believe to be a very good U.S. made copy of the ZF41 sight, which is fully functional. This item cannot be sold in the U.K. or in the European Union, de-activation date ‘January 14’, any other customers from outside the U.K. or EU wishing to purchase this item should consult their own country’s regulations regarding de-activated weapons.
