BRITISH WWII MANSFIELD & SON SHOE FACTORY WARDEN’S HELMET.

A standard all black Brodie helmet with the central ‘W’ for Warden below M & S. The label attached to this helmet indicates that was owned by a W.Roe who was employed by Mansfield & Son shoe factory in Northampton England, we bought this collection in Northampton. The original owner’s name is applied to a label to the inner crown, ‘1939’ dated. The liner is good, all drawstring complete with its elasticated webbing chinstrap.
