Maker marked and size stamped ‘56’. Good nap to the cloth, one moth nip to the lower front left hand side as the cap is worn. Complete with its correct machine embroidered Luftwaffe eagle and national cockade, a further small moth hole just to the lower right side of the national cockade. On pulling back the side curtains all the original nap can be seen. Blue grey brushed cotton lining with a good compliment of maker marks ‘G.A.Hoffmann Berlin SW29’ and the full date of ‘1942’.
